As Director of HR at Maverin Inc., I lead HR strategy while continuing to modernize and optimize Digital HR systems. Working closely with business leaders has reinforced what I’ve seen throughout my career: manual processes, disconnected systems, and inconsistent HR practices create unnecessary complexity and compliance risk.
