I’ve wanted to work in HR my entire career. The roles I’ve loved most were always the ones where I could help the greatest number of people — supporting teams, solving problems, and making work feel a little easier for everyone involved.

Before starting HResolved, I spent years working alongside HR teams. Time and time again, I saw the same thing: HR systems, or the lack of them, were making HR work far more difficult and time-consuming than it needed to be.

That’s where I come in.

As a Digital HR Architect, I help Canadian SMBs implement secure, connected Digital HR systems—so HR feels organized, consistent, and manageable, and is designed to support real people and real business needs.
